Kasaragod is a borderland—a city that opens its doors to many regions and languages. The district carries a culture as deep as the sea: a land that has felt the birth pangs of Mappila songs; a literary landscape marked by the footsteps of countless poets; and a centre of knowledge shaped by Muslim scholars who engaged with the world. Our land and sky are rich with creativity.
